森の隠れ家とは

「学校と家のあいだに、ちょっと息をつける場所があったらいいな」──そんな思いから、このお店は生まれました。オーナー自身が学生時代、部活帰りに立ち寄れる居場所に救われた経験があり、その記憶が、大阪のビルの一階をまるごと温かな森に変えるきっかけになりました。

壁や棚には本物の木やグリーンをたっぷり使い、外の喧騒を忘れられるような落ち着いた照明に。ショーケースには、毎日食べたくなるふんわり甘い菓子パンや、片手でぱくっと食べられるスイーツパンを中心に並べています。

特に高校生のみなさんには、気軽に寄ってほしいから、学生証を見せるだけの「高校生限定割引」をご用意しました。テスト前の糖分チャージにも、がんばった日のごほうびにも、ふっと力を抜ける森のベンチのような存在でありたい──それが、このパン屋のコンセプトです。

入口をくぐると、大阪の街なかとは思えないほど木のぬくもりに包まれます。天井からは柔らかな光が葉っぱのようにこぼれ、壁一面のグリーンと木製のベンチが、小さな森の中にいるような気分にさせてくれます。カウンターには焼きたての菓子パンがぎゅっと並び、どこを切り取っても写真に撮りたくなる空間です。
